Lexi Spitz grew up in the real estate business being privy to all the behind-the-scenes negotiations and strategic planning that makes it all look so flawless. She moved to Chicago in her twenties where she graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago. While in Chicago she worked as a licensed broker and a senior tax consultant at a national accounting firm. After being quarantined with her mom in 2020 she started to look at the business with fresh, new eyes. Real Estate has always been something she’s had a lot of passion around and now that she is married and has a family of her own she knew it was time to join forces with her mother and put that passion to work.
As an agent she brings experience in staging homes to sell, market and sales data to make her clients always feel confident in the decisions they make, attention to detail like no other, and an eye for what is possible in a home that a layperson may not see.
Personally, Lexi believes that you should honor your word, under promise and over deliver, never be late, and seek first to understand rather than pass judgment. She and her family live in South Tampa where her husband was born and raised and have strong community ties. They love frequenting new local restaurants and are foodies at heart. One of her favorite pastimes is taking walks around the local neighborhoods with her son Jacob and her two pups Charlie, a long hair Dachshund and Mya, a German Shepherd. She loves hunting for new staging items at the odd shops throughout the Bay Area.
What this means to you:
As a client, you will be working with a seasoned professional, homeowner, and someone who is invested in the community. Backed by a team with 25 years of serving buyers and sellers across the Bay Area.
