Taylor Stratton is the operational force behind Home with Joy, keeping the team, the transactions, the calendars, and the client experience moving seamlessly.

With more than a decade of experience in real estate operations, Taylor joined Home with Joy in 2020 as Director of Operations. She is also a licensed Florida real estate agent, giving her a deep understanding of the business from both the operational and client side.

Taylor manages far more than paperwork and timelines. She coordinates the many moving pieces behind every transaction, keeps a very busy team organized, and helps create the kind of experience where every client feels like they are the only one.

Her mindset is simple: never stop at “we can’t.” Ask “how can we?” and find a way forward.

Taylor is known for leaving no stone unturned, anticipating problems before they become bigger ones, and finding the right solution when something unexpected comes up. She is also the keeper of Home with Joy’s trusted network of contractors, vendors, specialists, and local professionals. If a client needs help, Taylor either knows who to call or knows how to find them.

Very quickly, she tends to become everyone’s go-to girl.

At her core, Taylor is passionate about service. She has developed and taught a full course on Client Experience Excellence, built around her belief that exceptional service should never feel like an extra. It should be woven into every part of the experience.

Outside of work, Taylor is a wife to Dean, mom to Olivia, and proud caretaker of a lively household of rescue animals. She enjoys hiking, crocheting, sewing, reading, and spending time with her family.

Much of what Taylor does happens behind the scenes, but the Home with Joy experience simply would not be the same without her pulling the strings.

For nearly three decades, Heidi Joy has built her real estate career around one simple belief: people deserve an advisor who will protect their interests as fiercely as she would her own.

As co-founder of Home with Joy, Heidi leads a mother-daughter real estate team alongside her daughter, Lexi Spitz, serving Tampa Bay with a special focus on luxury, waterfront, and coastal properties. A longtime local and Belleair Beach resident, Heidi knows this market in a way that goes far beyond square footage and sales data.

She knows the neighborhoods, the waterways, the restaurants, the hidden gems, the builders, the vendors, the shortcuts, the personalities, and, perhaps most importantly, the difference between a home that looks good online and one that actually fits your life.

Her career includes recognition among the top real estate professionals in the region, leadership as the #1 agent in her office, and work as a national speaker. But Heidi has never believed experience is about how long you have been doing something. It is about knowing what matters, what does not, and when to say, “I would not do that if I were you.”

That is where she shines.

Heidi is especially skilled at helping high-net-worth clients look at real estate as part of a larger financial picture. Many of her clients own multiple properties, including primary residences, second homes, investment properties, and legacy assets. She helps them step back and evaluate the full portfolio, looking at what they own, how each property is performing, where there may be unnecessary exposure, and where there may be opportunities to reposition.

Lexi Spitz brings a sharp eye, a calm presence, and a refreshingly modern perspective to real estate in Tampa Bay.

As co-founder of Home with Joy, Lexi works alongside her mother, Heidi Joy, blending nearly three decades of family experience with a more contemporary approach to marketing, design, technology, and the way people actually live today.

Lexi has built a reputation for being incredibly organized, thoughtful, and detail-driven. She is the person who sees the thing everyone else missed, remembers the conversation from three weeks ago, and somehow keeps ten moving pieces from becoming twenty.

In other words, she is exactly who you want involved in a real estate transaction.

Lexi has a particular connection with growing families who are trying to make smart decisions in the middle of very full lives. She understands that choosing a home is often about much more than the house itself. It is about schools, commutes, neighborhoods, family support, storage, future bedrooms, outdoor space, and whether the house you love today will still work when life changes again.

She brings a strong understanding of presentation, design, and lifestyle to every client experience.
